By visiting or shopping on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Return policy

My CPAP will accept returns of any unopened product within 10 days of the original purchase date. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit will be issued for the difference. Shipping costs are not refundable. Call our office to obtain an RMA number before returning the item unopened. Any product that has been opened cannot be returned (no exceptions).

If you are unsure about the right product or size, we can help. Please do not hesitate to call us at 514-282-2114 if you are unsure of the items you need before placing your order. Our customer service team is extremely knowledgeable in CPAP therapy and will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding product sizing or compatibility.

In the rare event that a product is received with a manufacturing defect, call our office within 24 hours of receipt and we can determine the appropriate action to take. If you receive the item on the weekend or after our normal business hours, please leave us a message at 514-282-2114. We will call you back the next business day.

Please note that the above policy also includes all CPAP, BiPAP and APAP machines. A CPAP, BiPAP, or APAP machine is considered opened if hours are placed on the machine, and it is subject to the same return policy as noted above. Most CPAP, BiPAP, and APAP machines come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty for manufacturing defects. Any misuse of the equipment may void the warranty. All warranty decisions are made solely by the manufacturer.

Manufacturer's Warranties

CPAP, BiPAP and APAP machines have a manufacturer's warranty. If your machine is malfunctioning, call our office at 514-282-2114 to verify that the machine is still under warranty. If so, please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Warranty claim decisions are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping the machine to our office. Repairing or replacing the broken machine can take up to 4 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Rental machines are available for use during this time if required, please call our customer service team for further details on rental machines.

Manufacturers do not warrant against abuse or water damage. If it is determined that water damage or misuse is the cause of the malfunction, you will have the choice of having it returned to you free of charge, or having the machine repaired by the manufacturer (repair costs will be communicated and collected before the machine is repaired), or purchase a new machine at the current prices displayed on the website.

Email addresses

Email addresses are not shared, bought or sold through our site or data management system. Your email address is primarily used to communicate the status of your order. We may use your email address to send promotional information and to keep you informed of changes to our website. You can easily unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the appropriate link in the email footer.

Orders canceled

If an order is canceled during normal business hours on the same business day the order was placed, a refund will be issued on that day. If an order is canceled after normal business hours close, a refund will be issued within 24 business hours.

Prescription policy

My CPAP
requires a valid prescription for each CPAP/BiPAP/APAP device purchased.


What should the order contain?

• Patient’s first and last name
• Doctor’s name and office address
• Patient pressure settings (only for CPAP/BiPAP machines). CPAP machines require pressure, bi-levels and BiPAPs require both inspiratory and expiratory pressure, and automatic machines require minimum and maximum pressure.

Where should I send my prescription?

Please fax your prescription to 514-840-9693 . A scanned copy can also be emailed to rx@moncpap.com. Please contact us directly if you are having difficulty obtaining a prescription.


*It is NOT necessary to submit orders for replacement parts, filters or any other products on the website without a required order field. However, patients must have a valid prescription for these items.
