Shipping policy and procedures

What is standard shipping?

Standard shipping is our default shipping method. Under this option, we will use Canada Post to ship your package. We make this decision based on speed and cost-effectiveness.

Standard shipping rates

- Free delivery for all orders of 175$ or more.
- For all other products, a standard shipping charge of $15.00 applies.

When will my order be dispatched?

Most orders placed before 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Customers whose orders take longer to ship will be notified by e-mail or telephone. We aim to dispatch our packages as soon as we receive your order and prescription, but some items may take longer. You will be notified as soon as your order is shipped by e-mail. We will include all available tracking information.

To help expedite shipment of your order, please be sure to promptly send any prescriptions required for masks or CPAP machines purchased. These will be needed to process and ship your order promptly. Please send all prescriptions to rx@somnos.com with your order number or fax to 514-840-9693.

Please note: Your package will be shipped from our warehouse in Quebec. There are no customs fees for products shipped within Canada.
