The ResMed ClimateLine™ heated tube is 6 feet long and is only designed for S9 CPAP and VPAP machines.

The tube has an electrical connector on one end that only connects to a ResMed H5i™ heated humidifier. This electrical connection allows the tube to heat the element contained within the corrugated exterior of the tube. Heating the element maintains the humidity provided by the H5i™ Heated Humidifier throughout the tube and reduces the risk of condensation.

The heating element is a wire that runs along the corrugated exterior of the tube but does not affect the flexibility of it. The smooth interior makes the cleaning process easier as it reduces the chances of leaving soap or water inside after cleaning and makes the drying process easier.

The ClimateLine heated tube is designed for use with all S9 Series CPAP/BiLevel machines equipped with an H5i heated humidifier. The ClimateLine tube heater uses built-in sensors to increase the temperature and humidity in the tube while preventing condensation and rain.

The ClimateLine tube includes a temperature sensor at the end of the tube. Using your S9 sleep therapy device, you can set your preferred optimal humidity and temperature levels and the machine's built-in climate control system will adjust your therapy accordingly.

When using the ClimateLine tube, the temperature is measured at the mask, so the temperature you feel will stay at your preferred setting, regardless of changes in ambient temperature or humidity. ClimateLine heated tubes provide increased flexibility, more sleeping comfort, less mask drag and keep out rain without reducing humidity.
